I got it work work. The install was failing after trying to add the
tables to mysql.

I installed from the tarball. In the Zenoss source install guide
http://www.zenoss.com/docs/installsrc, you need to add a step to
create the mysql user and the permissions. I think it was in the 1.0
docs (I found it somewhere when I did a 1.0 install), but is missing
now. I couldn't find it in the docs, wiki, or admin guide. I'd suggest
the text, but I haven't figured out the permissions. :)

zeoctl and zopectl come from Zope.   If you can send your zenbuild.log
(or look yourself) we might see what the problem is.
