Todd,
Its exactly setup to do this. You need to change your link to the
following:
<a href="http://rt.example.com/tickets.cgi?host=${here/id}">Tickets</a>
you can also get the IP by doing ${here/manageIp}
Clearly this is something we need more docs on :)
