Make sure your PerfConf has the custom setting:
CDEF:percent=usedBlocks_usedBlocks,${here/totalBlocks},/,100,*
AREA:percent#00cc00:utilization
In particular "usedBlocks_usedBlocks" must not be "usedBlocks".
