Hi erik.

thx, I wanted to delete $ZENHOME (/home/zenoss) und call ./install.sh in
/var/zenossinst (= via svn co...)
but it didn't work because there are a lot of files missing (bin-directory)..

but I've tried ./install.sh in /var/zenossinst with the original installation
und added the zenbuild.log

[snip]
ERROR 1359 (HY000) at line 76: Trigger already exists
usage: zenbuild.py [options]

zenbuild.py: error: no such option: --smtphost
[/snip]

the alternative with zenbuild.py creates the following errors:

[snip]
[EMAIL PROTECTED] zenossinst]$ python $ZENHOME/Products/ZenModel/zenbuild.py -u
zenoss -p zenoss
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/zenoss/Products/ZenModel/zenbuild.py", line 18, in ?
    import Globals
ImportError: No module named Globals
[/snip]

thx
juergen
