Actually, I want to stop being a dope and start doing things right.  I was
typing install, not ./install.sh

Using the right command makes all the difference.

Do you want to install/upgrade from a current svn install?  Or switch  
from an rpm / tarball install?  I put a ticket in to document both  
but I'm just wondering.
