These errors started happening when i started to use the dell oma software and started to recollect the dell devices.
First thng I noticed was there was now duplicate devices for the dell devices. The duplicates would only show up if you did a search for them but not in the device tree. So I decided to delete the dulpicates which in fact deleted the original and duplicate device.
