Have you tried deleting your Systems or Groups and recreating? If it
won't take too long to recreate one of those trees for you then
that's the first thing I'd try.

There is a script that should clean up the object relationships for
you:
> python $ZENHOME/Proucts/ZenUtils/CheckRelations.py -R /zport/dmd
It will spit out a lot of info as it chugs through your database.
Basically it is looking for references to objects that no longer
exist and removing them.
