If your NFS mounts are named something consistent like /net/server/path or 
/export/server/path, then you can add the prefix to the zProperty 
zFileSystemMapIgnoreNames.  This can go on whichever device class(es) you need, 
or even /Server if you're that consistent (bravo!).  Separate multiple entries 
with a | (pipe) character.

There's also a zFileSystemMapIgnoreTypes, but that would require that net-snmp 
distinguish local from remote mounts;   all my linux and solaris mounts report 
as the same type.
