Ehh, this is somewhat hard to describe. I need to create a command line event,
in this event I need to have the IP address of the machine that is having the
problem to be written to the command line. Here is an example of what I'm
looking for...a simple writing to a text file (the command that will be used
will be much more complicated [my boss is writing the other command, I don't
know what it's going to be])
echo "IP Adress = ${dev/manageIp} , Output from Test Event command in ZenOS" >
/home/zenoss/blah.txt
I hope I've explained it alright, and if anyone can help that would be great.
