I have been struggling with the configuration of zenoss.
I need to monitor a win 2003 server and when I shutdown the server it takes
very long when zenoss sees it.
How can I speed this up?

And when I go to process it show that the prosses snmp is up(when server win
2003 is down), after I saw this I restarted zenoss and now this process snmp
status is 1, what does this mean?

By default Zenoss will ping each device one per minute. It should take
no longer than one minute to notice a down server. How long is it
taking yours?

If the server isn't reachable, Zenoss can't determine which services
are running and which aren't. 1 would indicate that there was a
problem with the service.
