I hit the same problem.

These seem to be related to the new "graph point" model and 
Graph Definitions.  If you look at the Graph Definition for CPU in 
the template, you'll see that instead of the previous "data sources" 
multi-select box, there's a new "graph points" section with a bunch of 
ajax magic.  You add thresholds (or data sources) there.  

I think we might have to delete these also ... although right now I 
can't duplicate the failure.
