I am trying to monitor an openfire XMPP server. It has standard tcp processes that bind to various different ports. When I add the device, it adds the IpServices just fine, but it always tells me the services are down when they are working fine. I can't seem to figure out why it's not able to make a tcp connection. Any ideas on what I should try?
