I'm having the same problem as amd64agent.
I've made what cluther recommended, and it was really missing the
HRSWInstalledMap. I've included it, restart zenoss ( i dont know if
it is really necessary ) than i exec the smnpwalk, and nothing
change :/
You need to remodel the device after making changes to the
zCollectorPlugins. This can be done from the device's menu -> Manage -
> Model Device.
