you can use whatever username you want BUT it has to be part of the administrators group on the device you want to monitor. Only members of the administrators group have the rights to run WMI queries or you can actually open computer management go to services and open up the WMI and add that person to the security group for WMI. It's just easier if they are memebers of the local admin group.
