Hi, I am experimenting with maintenance schedules and just ran into the following anomaly.
I have a number of devices grouped into /group1/subgroup1. I have set a maintenance schedule for /group1/subgroup1 that specifies the devices in this group go into maintenance on weekdays at 13:00, for 10 minutes. At 13:00 hours these devices do indeed go into maintenance and they are taken of the list of the device issues portlet. But they don't appear in the production states portlet. Unless I configure the portlet to show devices with production state production. So: - The devices in production state maintenance. - The production state portlet is configured to only show devices in state production. - The portlet lists the devices that are in production. - The portlet also lists that devices that were put into maintenance by the schedule. Strangely, when I run the same schedule on all device classes, instead of on a group, the portlet works as expected. yet the production state portlet thinks their state is production. Except that it knows their in maintenance, because they last column clearly says maintenance.
-------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=16075#16075 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
