I've been using zewin to monitor services through wmi for a few days now and have been noticing that after a few hours the agent just doesnt work. The way i've been testing this is by stopping a monitored service on the server and seeing if zenoss pages me, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt.
been tailing the zenwin log and i dont see the service that i test as being down, the only time i get this to work is by either restart zenoss or restarting zewin and zenwinmodeler. There has been times that the service doesnt monitor anything if there's something in the event which needs to be acknowledged and moved to history.
