Ok so I have gotten the daemon process(es) to startup now and remain started. I had to modify the .conf file for each daemon to include the hubusername and hubpassword but that was not to hard to do.
Right now I can add a device with the remote perf but B never responds or indicates that it is looking at the device and therefore does not provide any graphs. I basically get to a graph on A and get the status window on the bottom of my web-browser saying "transfering from B...." and no graphs show up. As I am not running behind a firewall I do see any need have a CNAME unless the cookie is being effected. And just to be clear I am not using a CNAME just an A record for each of my servers A and B.
