This can be difficult to track down. Are you receiving the alerts directly? That is, did they take an account they created and change the e-mail address to you? Or is it going to a mailing list or some such?

The user account in Zenoss that generates the alert is the place to look. Go to preferences in the upper right, then alerting rules. You'll see alerts configured for that account (but *only* that account, every account can have their own alerting rules) and there is a column listed repeat time and the time (or does not repeat) in seconds.

I'm not sure you can see *all* alerting rules on a server.
