shoa, This is a result of the watchdog restarting the service. If you look several lines past this error you should see "watchdog: Timeout: getting status from process".
The most likely result is some sort of firewall between Zenoss and the Windows device. That firewall is preventing zenoss from reaching the machine, and the long timeout prevents zenoss from making its deadlines for heartbeats. Today I checked in changes to discard these bad connections more quickly so that zenwinmodeler may service the machines it can still reach. However, the firewall will likely remain an annoyance until the underlying network connectivity is fixed. -Eric Erik A.
