but the cost of having the production servers down and nobody knows until a 
customer calls is much more valuable.

if we put up another blade in our co-lo hosting provide and HIS backbone goes 
down, we won't know until a customer or one of our own users discovers it.

A Zenoss hosting provider that ONLY runs Zenoss services that monitors our 
servers and applications and is NOT in our Co-Lo makes more sense to me.
