I took a different route that is working for me. In the /Devices/FileSystem section I clicked on the Templates tab to alter the default templates for all file systems. I added additional thresholds that trigger different alert levels. I copied the default Threshold of 90% in order to get an idea of the metrics I wanted. In my case, I added an 85% (warning), altered 90% (error), and added 95% (critical). I also went into the Utilization graph definitions and added threshold Graph Definitions, again modeled after the one that was already in there.
