Hopefully someone here can help with an issue I am having trying to get winServices to automatically show after a new model or re-model. Here is what has been tried so far.
SPECS: Zenoss Server 2.1.3, Using the WMI perf zenpack which is collecting wmi perf stats fine. 1. I performed the wbemtest to select list all services from Win32_Service and I recieve a list of the serivce without issue. 2. I have added a new server to Zenoss and the winservices will not appear automatically. 3. I have remodeled a device by running zemodel -d and zenwinmodel -d and the services will not auto populate. 4. I have looked at the zenwinmodeler log and there are no errors listed for the specific server I am modeling. All it has is an INFO that it modeled it. 5. I can go to the device and add the service manually and it will monitor it just fine however i need it to model automatically. I dont want to manually eneter the services for every server.
