Hi! Yes, try this: rpm -e zenoss (You should only use the rpm pkg name) Tried reinstalling both with the rpm -Uvh and rpm -ivh without any luck. I've made backup by going into the zenoss user prompt "su - zenoss" and ran the zenbackup command..., but it looks to me that I need to reinstall and do all the location for 60 sites and adding 60 devices all over :-( That really suck and the doc's surrounding upgrade isuues and reinstalling should have been better, or of I am wrong, please direct me to the link.
