Hmmmm.... your python environment is setup correctly and all the ZenPacks 
appear to be installed correctly.  The next most likely cause that comes to 
mind is stray zope processes that aren't getting killed when you restart zope.  
You have restarted zope, right ;-)

Try restarting the virtual machine.  You can try to find and kill zope 
processes using ps if you want, but a restart is easier and cleaner.
