I too just followed the instructions online for going from source >> stack. I copied over my added zenpacks but left the default installation ones. Now, i'm getting the same error as the original poster. All of my daemons keep dying as well.
to make matters worse, i no longer have the original Products folder because I am on an install with only 4GB of HD space (flash) and I didn't have enough space to complete the zenrestore if I didn't delete the old install minus the backup...
