I'm pretty sure you'll need to do an upgrade in place to 2.0.6, then
2.1.3 on your old box. Then you can follow the instructions to backup
the data, copy it over and restore on the new box and convert for 2.2...
There are guides for each step - try searching the forum and the
documentation.
