Hello, We are facing a strange problem while evaluating Zenoss 2.2.1 on RHEL ES 4.5. On every critical event we are executing an external shell script to notify the administrator about the event occured. In the event manager -> event commands we have set Delay (secs) to 0 and Repeat time (secs) to 0 as well.
For some obscure reasons it always takes around 20 seconds to execute the external script however the script runs fine. I was just wondering if this is a known issue or is there any work around to fix this delay?
