Did you ever reach any closure on this issue? I ask since I'm having the same problems (with the additional issue that when OSProcesses are monitored, the RRD data doesn't seem to be collected at all).
Can you let us know even if you haven't, since I reckon there's enough technical detail in here to justify raising a defect ticket.
