I tried to back down the upgrade by restoring the dir tree and starting all over, turns out none of my backups are any good. I kept getting a corrupt data error. So back to square 1. fresh install, re add all my devices, locations, users.... I have made a couple of test runs with the current backup feature and it appears to work now.
