How would I go about setting the color/status of the Status light on the Device Status Tab? The reason I want to do this is to give another indication of Device status based on whether or not SNMP is reachable/up/down. We can not ping the majority of the devices we will be monitoring since they're normally on other clients networks and most of the time VPN's aren't an option to ping through. So...I figured changing the status based on SNMP status would be my next best option.
Is it something simple like device.status == "Down" or is there more to it? Where would this particular parameter be documented? I did the search on Zenoss website and via Google and found nothing that applies to what I am looking for.
