I've done a quick search for this but have not turned up anything so here we go.
Is there a way to define a command that will launch an executable at a location
I specify such as my computer?
I would like the ability to locate a switch or router from within Zenoss and
then SSH directly to the box. I know I can create custom commands that will
execute on the monitoring host, but I'd like to run an executable such as the
following:
I:\putty.exe -ssh ${device/manageIp}
or something similar. Every time I enter the string above it errors out. I'm
sure I'm not the first person to come across this...
