We have a number of dns aliases defined for certain devices. Each server is named something rather generic...and than any service level dns entries are made as an alias. So some of our users may not realize that host "smtp" is really just a cname pointing to linuscs56.
I've added all of our devices in per their unique A record. This causes confusion for some people when they search by cname.
