I know of 2 options to accomplish this: Option 1: Use the "schedule" feature on the alerting rule.
Option 2: Add this criterion to the alerting rule: "Production State = Production". Then create a maintenance window for all servers in question starting at 5pm until whenever to put them into "Maintenance mode" during the window and then back to original state at the end. (Maintenance Window can be found under main "twisty"->More->Administration.) The alerting rule won't trigger while the devices are not in "Production" state.
