I get continuous zenwinmodeler/zenwin/zenperfsnmp heartbeat failure for several Zenoss servers. Once server is monitoring 115 hosts while the other is monitoring 1550. The problem comes and goes on the server that is monitoring 115 hosts, the problem is constant on the other server. I am using localhost as the monitoring server hostname. The events are showing up on the FQDN of the host. For example the zenoss's server name is zensvr the events show up for zensrvr. I have changed the configuration for zenwinmodeler/zenwin/zenperfsnmp to say "monitor zensvr" and restarted them, problem persisted.
I saw Ticket #3418 indicates a similar problem was fixed in Zenoss version 2.2.3. I would like to know if other has seen this problem in 2.2.3 before I do an upgrade. I am currently using Zenoss version 2.1.3.
