Signal 11, or officially know as "segmentation fault", means that the program accessed a memory location that was not assigned.
This all I was able to find on the net about Sig 11: http://www.bitwizard.nl/sig11/ On this and other websites, it is implied that it is the main OS that is USUALLY the problem. They do state bugs in code as well, but if that were the case here, more than you would be having this problem I would suspect. Have you done any custom changes on your Zenoss install? What package are you using? I would suspect if this is build specific, more people would be seeing this so I am a little curious if you might be using an old Linux distro (pre 2.6.xx) perhaps? cgriebel wrote: > Would appreciate any suggestions for how to debug this further or stabilize > zenmodeler. > > DEBUG:zen.SnmpClient:Starting SNMP info for <targethostA> at <targetA-IP>:161 > timeout: 2.5 tries: 2 version: v1 community: <deleted> > Command terminated by signal 11 > > -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?p=26892#26892 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
