You can easily monitor if a given string exists on the website. Use the HttpMonitor ZenPack that comes with zenoss and create the appropirate regex string in the regex field, then it will create an alert if the string is not found (but you also have the option of invert'ing the regex, thus creating an alarm if the string is found).
