There isnât much information about Zenoss in combination with Novell, hope this helps people!
1. First you start with installing mrtgext on your Novell Server. (http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfmod/project/?mrtgext) 2. Check if the check_nwstat script is working (./check_nwstat -H x.x.x.x -v LOAD1) 3. Select your device 4. Select the triangle on the left -> More -> Templates 5. Select the second triangle on the left -> Add Template 6. Add Data source, with the following line in the command template (./check_nwstat -H ${dev/manageIp} -v LOAD1 | sed -e 's/;0;0;0;100//') 7. Within the Data source add a Data Point with the name âload1â 8. Add a threshold if you like pointing to the datasource from point 6 9. Add a Graph pointing to the datasource from point 6 10. Wait a couple of minutes en check your graph on the performance tab.
