Hello twm 1010, I run the appliance on an ESX-host. I convert it before starting. I have not seen a special ESX-VMWare-Problem. Most Problems are the same as other user with standard os installed have and they are mostly Zenoss-Problems dicussed in the Forum. I increase RAM and HDD on the VMWare-Guest (RPath-Appliance). The appliance run fast and stable since September 2008.
