I am having an issue related to the "zWinEventlog" zProperty...on my main server, this seems to have no effect, and as a result I am unable to prevent event log messages from logging to the event console.
This doesn't seem to be the result on my dev server, where the flag functions as you would expect... I have tried everything i can think of, up to creating a new parallel device class (identical to /server/Windows), to no effect. The zWMIMonitorIgnore flag does prevent the event logs from being watched, although at the expense of all "WMI" stuff being turned off. My goal would be to have the "Devices/Server/Windows" class NOT collect event logs by default, but a subclass of that class would collect event log events (thus inheriting all properties of the class except that zWinEvenlog would be set to "True".
