Hi, I have looked into this briefly, as well as the Cisco RTTMON mib to graph IP SLA stuff.
Unfortunately just plugging in the MIB values won't work because each QoS policy is assigned a unique index. You'd need a plugin that walked the QoS policy table and pulled out all of the policy and/or class maps that you're interested in. Looks like Cacti has a plugin that parses out all the goop that's needed.
