Thanks for the script Ian.

Fortunately I have found a solution that works splendidly.
For each location I have to input the exact GPS coordinate in the address field.
For example: 37.445867, -122.160796 ---> for PAIX, Palo Alto, CA.
This way the google map will not create cache at all.

Previously I was putting the coordinate in the format of:
37°26'45.12"N
122° 9'38.87"W

I've found out that this type of coordinate will make extra cache to translate
rather than just input the address of PAIX, Palo Alto, CA.

Currently I'm displaying 2 portlets of Google Map on the dashboard displaying 8
locations and 7 sub locations. After using the right format of GPS coordinate,
my geocache only filled with this string
{"aa":{}}

Both portlets now load faster than before :D and this issue is History

NOTE : I'm using Google Earth to find the correct GPS coordinates.
