Is looks like zenmodeler is busy doing smth else , because it usually takes only 40 seconds to complete when run from command line or from web interface. I tcpdumped output between zenoss and cisco, and found, that when zenmodeller is run from command line it sends more that 100 snmp requests per second, while when it run as daemon and remodeles device automatically (two times a day) - then it sends only 5 queries per second. I did not capture the response traffic, so i can't check cisco responce times, but i don't think it is cisco related problem.
