I think there is a rpm refresh command, which would reinstall the files, but 
probably the best way would be to convert the rpm to a cpio archive, using a 
command called I believe rpm2cpio, then extract the files somewhere else and 
drop them where there suppose to be. I say extract somewhere else because there 
may be some files in the cpio archive that you dont need  or want to overwrite.
