look at the template for the window server. Determine what the oid is for the specific value that the graphs is missing Use the snmpget command on the zenoss server to try an retrieve from the target server that specific oid. I bet it fails.
Just because your able to walk the some snmp, does not mean the snmp informant is working properly. You need to walk snmp and make sure the output contains the oid for snmp informant.
