I just created a ticket about this at http://dev.zenoss.com/trac/ticket/5298. Included in the ticket is the process for how to get it to show up, but I'll list out the steps below:
1. Rename the OS Product to include the Manufacturer it is under. For instance, if your product is "test123" and is in the Microsoft class, rename it to "Microsoft test123". 2. Go to any device's edit tab. Select the OS Manufacturer, then open the drop-down menu for OS Product. You should see the "Microsoft test123" product here. You do not need to save this, just view it. 3. Go back to the OS Product and rename it back to "test123". 4. Go back to the device's edit tab. Select the OS Manufacturer and open the OS Product drop-down.
