The way zenoss knows what OID to poll for disk/cpu etc etc is from the templates located in the proper device class. So for the system to work as expected the device has to be placed in the proper device class. Make sure that the OIDs shown in the filesystem template for the device in question are all returning data, if not, the device is not in the right class and the data will not be returned.
