I'm learning about Zenoss and the rPath VM doesn't work for me for various reasons, sigh :(
I have a mySQL server set up wherein I want Zenoss to store its data. I need Zenoss setup to create its basic user setup and to create its database on the above-mentioned mySQL server. What's the best way for me to install Zenoss to its own server to achieve the above results?? The *.deb installer?? Apt-get on the server?? The stack installer?? All my Linux servers are VMs running Ubuntu LTS 8.04.3 64-bit.
