hello i am using zenoss 2.3.3 virtual appliance, i have configured a os process that need to be monitored, the process is running in around 5 different windows 2000/2003 servers.
Now the problem is , when i stop the process and start it up again,zenoss is showing that the process is down almost instantly, but its taking long time(around 4-5 Hours) to discover that the process is up again. even though i am starting the process instantly. i tried , clearing the heartbeats, re modeling the server , but no results. its talking long time, to get to know that the process is up again. pls, advice me what could be done to improve the Os process rediscovery.
