That's strange. This file is part of the rsyslog package.
Please run the following command and post the output:
dpkg -l | grep rsyslog

but when i do the parsing to the bd stops so i must reboot the openvz, can
you show me how looks the rsyslog file.

I attached Ubuntu's v10.04 stock version of this file.
However, it's still unclear to me what you mean by "do the parsing to the bd ...".

Ok so after this "dpkg -l | grep rsyslog" there were no output there for i check and rsyslog is not installed this may be because i am using a OPENVZ template of ubuntu 10.04 so in his place i found klogd{a} sysklogd{a} installing rsyslog may solved this problem. About "do the parsing to the bd" i was talking about loggerd the deamon or module that parse the mail.log to the database in postgresql.
