[zeromq-dev] zmq_init(-1) on libzmq master

Hi, I asked this earlier in IRC:

    11:38 lestrrat: shouldn't zmq_init( -1 ) be an error (i.e. return
NULL) ?    seems like a check used to exist until 6e71a54b, but after
that it's gone

Is this intentional? It used to return NULL until the above commit.
